These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Customer", "you") and Best Irish IPTV ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of bestirishiptv.shop.
By purchasing a subscription, claiming a free trial, or using any aspect of our IPTV service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our service.
These Terms should be read alongside our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Best Irish IPTV.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a subscription from Best Irish IPTV. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over.
Best Irish IPTV provides an IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) subscription service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) content, catch-up TV, and electronic programme guide (EPG) data over the internet to compatible devices.
Our service currently includes, subject to change:
- ✓27,000+ live television channels including Irish, UK, US, European and international content
- ✓160,000+ movies and series available on demand
- ✓Full GAA, Premier League, Champions League, PPV and sports coverage (Standard plan and above)
- ✓HD, FHD, 4K and 8K streaming quality (dependent on plan and device capability)
- ✓7-day electronic programme guide (EPG) and catch-up TV on supported channels
- ✓24/7 WhatsApp customer support
Best Irish IPTV offers subscription plans for varying durations and for 1, 2, or 3 simultaneous devices. Current plan options and pricing are displayed on our Subscriptions page.
Subscription Duration
- ✓Subscriptions are available for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
- ✓The subscription period begins from the date and time your credentials are activated by our team.
- ✓Subscriptions expire automatically at the end of the chosen period. There is no automatic renewal.
No Auto-Renewal
Best Irish IPTV subscriptions are one-time payments with no automatic renewal. When your subscription expires, access is simply terminated. You must contact us on WhatsApp to renew if you wish to continue.
Free Trial
We offer a 24-hour free trial for new customers with no credit card required. The free trial is subject to the same Terms as a paid subscription with regard to acceptable use and the one-device rule. The free trial is available once per customer.
All Best Irish IPTV subscriptions are purchased via our WhatsApp ordering channel. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering.
- ✓Payment in advance: All subscriptions must be paid in full before credentials are activated. We do not offer credit or deferred payment.
- ✓One-time payment: Each subscription is a single one-time charge. There are no recurring charges, monthly fees, or automatic deductions.
- ✓No hidden fees: The price shown on our website is the final price. There are no activation fees, setup fees, or additional charges for any included content such as GAA or PPV events.
- ✓Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in Euro (€).
- ✓Payment confirmation: Upon receipt of payment, we will activate your subscription credentials and deliver them via WhatsApp, typically within minutes.
This is one of the most important sections of these Terms. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
Each subscription is licensed for use on the specific number of simultaneous devices stated in the plan:
- ✓1-Device Plan: One device streaming at a time. One set of credentials for one household device.
- ✓2-Device Plan: Two devices streaming simultaneously from the same household.
- ✓3-Device Plan: Three devices streaming simultaneously from the same household.
If your household requires more simultaneous streams, please select a 2-device or 3-device plan before use. Upgrading mid-subscription is available — contact us on WhatsApp.
Your Best Irish IPTV subscription is licensed for personal, private, non-commercial use only. By using our service, you agree to the following acceptable use conditions:
- ✓Use the service only on the number of devices specified in your plan.
- ✓Use the service only within your own private household.
- ✓Keep your subscription credentials (username and password) confidential. Do not share them with anyone outside your household.
- ✓Use only IPTV applications that are compatible with Xtream Codes API or M3U playlist formats as recommended by Best Irish IPTV.
- ✓Comply with all applicable Irish and EU laws in your use of the service.
- ✓Contact us promptly if you believe your credentials have been compromised or used without your authorisation.
The following uses of Best Irish IPTV's service are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or permanent blocking of your subscription without refund:
- ✗Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing your subscription credentials to any third party.
- ✗Using the service on more simultaneous devices than your plan permits.
- ✗Sharing your credentials with individuals outside your household.
- ✗Using the service for any commercial purpose, including streaming content in public venues, businesses, hotels, or any other commercial setting.
- ✗Attempting to record, capture, or redistribute any streamed content.
- ✗Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with our service.
- ✗Attempting to circumvent our security systems, access controls, or subscription monitoring.
- ✗Using the service in any manner that violates the intellectual property rights of broadcasters, content owners, or other rights holders.
- ✗Any use of the service that violates applicable Irish, EU, or international law.
Best Irish IPTV reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a subscription under the following circumstances:
- !Multi-device abuse: Automated detection of simultaneous connections exceeding the plan limit results in immediate permanent block. This cannot be reversed.
- !Credential sharing or resale: Any evidence of credentials being used by parties other than the subscriber's household.
- !Prohibited use: Any use falling under Section 7 of these Terms.
- !Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to obtain a subscription through fraudulent means, including misrepresentation or chargebacks without valid cause.
- !Legal requirement: If we are required by law, court order, or regulatory direction to terminate a subscription.
Where a subscription is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period, regardless of when in the subscription cycle the termination occurs.
In cases where suspension is for investigation purposes (rather than confirmed breach), we will endeavour to notify the subscriber via WhatsApp and resolve the matter promptly.
Best Irish IPTV provides IPTV subscription credentials. We are not the developer of any third-party application used to access our service, including IPTV Smarters Pro, VLC, SS IPTV, Smart IPTV, IINA, or any other player.
Third-Party Applications
- ✓Third-party IPTV applications are developed and maintained by independent companies. Best Irish IPTV has no control over these applications.
- ✓Application updates, changes in functionality, or the introduction of fees by third-party app developers are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund.
- ✓We do not pay for, recommend purchasing, or endorse any paid upgrade to third-party applications. If a third-party app introduces a charge, this is a matter between you and that app developer.
- ✓We support our credentials with any compatible IPTV player. If your current app stops working, we will recommend an alternative free player at no charge.
Device Requirements
To use Best Irish IPTV, you need a compatible device and a broadband internet connection of at least 25 Mbps for HD streaming and 50 Mbps or more for 4K. Best Irish IPTV is not responsible for streaming quality issues arising from an inadequate internet connection.
Best Irish IPTV aims to maintain a service uptime of 99% or greater. We invest in reliable infrastructure to ensure consistent availability of our streaming service.
- ✓Planned maintenance: We may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance or upgrades. We will endeavour to schedule maintenance during low-usage hours and provide advance notice where possible.
- ✓Unplanned outages: In the event of an unplanned service outage, we will work to restore service as quickly as possible. Our team monitors the service 24/7.
- ✓Force majeure: Best Irish IPTV is not liable for service disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, natural disasters, third-party infrastructure failures, or regulatory action.
Short-duration outages or temporary buffering caused by factors outside our control (such as your broadband connection, your ISP, or your local network) do not constitute grounds for a refund under our Refund Policy.

- ✓New customers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first purchase if the service is not working correctly on their device.
- ✗Refunds are not available for subscription renewals, purchases made after the 7-day window, app upgrade issues, or subscriptions terminated due to breach of these Terms.
- ✗Subscriptions blocked due to multi-device abuse or credential sharing are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
- ✓All refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp within the eligible timeframe.

All content streamed through the Best Irish IPTV service — including television channels, films, series, sports broadcasts, and all other audio-visual content — is the intellectual property of the respective broadcasters, studios, rights holders, and content owners. Best Irish IPTV does not claim ownership of any streamed content.
- ✓The website bestirishiptv.shop, including its design, text, graphics, logo, and code, is the intellectual property of Best Irish IPTV.
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view streamed content for private personal use only. This licence does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
