Attempting to use a single subscription on more devices than your plan allows — for example, sharing login credentials with people outside your household, or running the same subscription through multiple portal connections — constitutes a breach of your subscription terms.

If our system detects that a subscription is being used on more devices than the plan permits, the subscription will be automatically blocked by our server system without prior notice. This block is permanent and cannot be reversed or unblocked under any circumstances. No refund will be issued in this case.

If you need more simultaneous streams, please upgrade to a 2-device or 3-device plan before attempting to use the service on additional devices.

Portal Blocking Policy
